Jeremy Lawrence

Co-Founder and visionary engineer with over a decade of experience designing scales, circuit boards and components. Jeremy is constantly iterating on our internal systems to ensure we always have the most efficient tools and resources to get the job done for our customers! He loves to apply his vast knowledge of design for manufacturing, Industrial, and Electrical engineering knowledge into new products we manufacture for the weighing industry along with custom solutions for our customers.
Richard Bertrand
Service & Sales

Co-Founder with 14 years of experience in the scale industry. Richard loves to help people and this core principle drives him to push our team internally and our suppliers to provide the very best outcome for our customers. He believes in servant leadership by example, getting your hands dirty, and getting the job done right the first time. He is passionately curious always willing and excited to learn about technical details and customer processes to add as much value as possible. Do the simple things right, take care of people, and the rest will follow.
Mark McAdams
Service
Mark has over 25 years of experience calibrating and repairing scales in Central Florida. He is always happy to help no matter what the task and always manages to find a way use the rights tools to make a tough job go smoothly.... Usually while cracking a joke or two to make everyone's day a little brighter! There isn't a scale out there that Mark hasn't repaired or calibrated in his career and he uses that vast knowledge to help our customers every day. He loves building muscle cars, engines, and drag racing for fun. Ask him about his latest project and you will be amazed what he can do with a little nitromethane...
Denise Haws
Service Coordinator & Inside Sales
Denise has over 35 years’ experience in customer service, with over a decade of that in the weights and measures industry. She is constantly communicating between customers, vendors, and our service staff to ensure our ERP system is up to speed and everyone is working smart to get things done smoothly. She strives to meet our customers’ needs quickly and believes in the mantra “Do it right the first time”. A self proclaimed space geek, she is always following the launch schedules from the cape snapping pictures whenever the weather allows it.
Wes Tuttle
Technical Account Manager
Wes has 8 years of experience in the weighing industry in Central Florida and works closely with customers to provide solutions to weighing problems as well as calibration and repair services.
Andrew Alligood
Service
Andrew has 15 years of experience with industrial weighing systems especially heavy capacity, cattle and agricultural scales. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive get it done attitude.
Cody Akers
Service
Cody has a farming and equestrian background and is new to the scale business. You will always find Cody with a smile and a great attitude working hard to help our team and customers get things done. Growing up on the farm; he has "The Knack" for knowing how mechanical things work and the work ethic to back it up. Ask him about his experience on a fishing boat in Alaska and be ready for some wild stories!

Dan has a background in commercial trucking and is always happy to get the job done whatever is needed.
Peninsula Scale Timeline
Truck Scale Testing
In January of 2025 we expanded our service offerings to include heavy capacity weighing devices by investing in a motorized test cart and service truck.
Expanded Warehouse for Growth
In June we increased our shop to 2400 sq. ft. of commercial space to include storage for customer critical inventory. Added additional test weights, testing equipment, and service vehicles.
Purchased Geneva Systems
Acquired a biomedical device repair company "Geneva Systems" focused primarily on physical therapy device PM's & repairs with over 18 years of experience with the largest healthcare providers in the area.
New Warehouse Space
Moved our shop to our current location at 185 Drennen Road to be centrally located for fast response & lower travel costs.
Separated Peninsula Scale
April of 2024 Peninsula Scale was broken out separately to better serve non-agricultural customers in Central Florida, focusing on industrial and commercial weighing devices of all types.
Founded Harvest Scale Systems
Provided real-time weighing, worker time & fruit traceability data through integrated weighing solutions and online farm management portal.
