After selecting the Tier and placing the order please pack your unit and ship to our shop with a printout of the order number AND write your sales order confirmation number on the outside of your parcel.
See below for more details on the tier descriptions. If you aren't sure which tier your device will need enter it as a tier 1 and we will contact you if we find any issues that would bump it up into a more expensive tier before proceeding with the repair

Tier 1 - Board Component Repairs
This tier covers internal circuit board component level failures.
Common replacements are LED Display segments with dim or missing digit segments
Input power diodes fried from reverse polarity
leaking capacitors from old age
Missing Screws
Damaged external housing components
Tier 2 - Includes Cosmetic Replacements
This Tier includes everything in tier 1 and also includes:
Replacement plastic bezels
Replacement rubber bezel gasket
Replacement rubber buttons
Replacement front decal with clear display window
This is the most common option for heavily used equipment that has been in service for many years
Tier 3 - Full Circuit Board Replacements
This tier includes everything you could need to bring the device back to an "as-new" Condition including:
factory new circuit boards
In addition to all of the other components offered in tiers 1 and 2.
This option is rarely needed and would only happen if there was a large failure across one or several internal circuit boards
